**Location**: HQ in Eastleigh, Hampshire (Monday-Tuesday in the office, option to work from home on Thursdays).

**Reporting to**: Marketing Manager

**Start date**: 1st March 2024

**About Us**
African Adventures organises life-changing trips for groups of schools, colleges and charities to volunteer at the 25 schools we work with in developing areas of Ghana, Kenya and Zanzibar.

We’re a unique organisation that’s both tour operator and development agency. We provide a comprehensive travel service to our volunteer groups, organising everything from their flights and accommodation to their pre-departure support and fundraising ideas, whilst working closely with our partner schools in Africa to ensure we improve school facilities and educational opportunities for their students.

**About The Role**
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for a range of admin duties within our Marketing department but do not necessarily need to have previous Marketing experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Update content for individual trip pages on our website
- Data collection, data entry and management of data
- Amending and updating presentation templates and handouts for groups
- Managing our image library
- Any other adhoc tasks as required

Passionate about international development, volunteering, travel and education - Desirable
