Job Title: Office and Administration Assistant

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office and Administration Assistant at our country setting in Allington Lane, Near Fair Oak in Eastleigh. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, from 12pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday, providing growth opportunities within our office.

As our Office Admin Assistant, you will have a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Ideal candidates will have experience with Xero, statements, reconciling, and general bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities include:

- Performing various administrative tasks
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answering phone calls and directing them appropriately
- Greeting visitors and providing information
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations

Skills required:

- Proven experience in office administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Xero (training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service
