Job Purpose
:
As a recruitment administrator it is your job to support the recruitment team by providing high quality administration.
Role Description**:
- Coordinate and record all recruitment activity
- Prepare job adverts, ensuring they are eye catching and post them on the internal intranet
- Prepare CV for recruitment coordinators and recruitment managers
- Input interview results onto the system and send out result letters for both internal and external recruitment
- Check interview notes and ensure that they comply with internal policy
- Send completed new starter file to HR Shared Services to signed of by the recruitment and training manager. This may entail chasing and monitoring documents
- Book meeting rooms, send invites to training days/ meetings, book lunches, record all responses to training requests and attendance of trainees and request purchase orders
- Record temporary members of staff start dates
Maintain filing system
- Build relationships within different departments to aid in information flow
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well under pressure and to deadlines, you have excellent time management skills
