Your new role


Our Customer Relations team are at the heart with customers, finding out what's good and what's not, turning around a bad experience, celebrating the good ones and learning from everything.


You will be part of our Customer Relations Administration Team supporting our Complaint officers and wider business to deliver the best solutions for our customers.


We're looking for someone with experience in administration support, isn't afraid to talk with customers about anything that bothers them, wants to work with likeminded people and enjoys putting the smile back for someone.
