Role Profile **Position**:Project Coordinator**Reports into**: Managing Director**Purpose of the Role**:
To provide administrative support to the Project Managers to successfully and efficiently deliver installation projects in hospitals, laboratories and research facilities, within budget and timeframe. **Aims & Goals**:
- To deliver a professional, organised and efficient service at all times
- To gain trust by building excellent working relationships
- To consistently review and improve processes
**Key Tasks**:
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams throughout projects
- Liaising with Haulage company to send and receive consignments and arrange storage if required
- Liaise with Purchasing and Sales Admin to order parts
- Update financial and budget information and have a clear vision of costs against targets
- Ensure sign-off procedures are followed within appropriate time-scales
- Self-manage time & resources between projects
- Raising sales and purchase orders ensuring accuracy against costs tracker
- Invoicing clients in accordance with terms of project
- Check order confirmations against PO and raise discrepancies and anomalies
- Placing orders for parts required
- General administrative duties as required
**Essential Qualifications, Key Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience within a fast-paced support role
- MS Office / Sage
- Previous experience within a financial, logistics or operation role
- An understanding of financial operations
- Ability to organise own workload, by prioritising and managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive and organised approach
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of team
- Able to build trusted working relationships both internally and externally
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
