**Full Job Description**

Astor Defence has been supplying ammunition packaging solutions since 1942. We supply the British Army, NATO, and the US Department of Defence. Our knowledge of the quality procedures within the defence industry means our customers can rest assured that any item we supply will already have past our strict quality procedures and be delivered correctly, on time, every time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with 3rd party freight forwarders.
- Drafting paperwork such as documents for shipping
- Speaking with production to coordinate projects and ensure shipments are on schedule.
- Scheduling shipments
- General administration
- Managing mail and courier services
- Updating Clients with the status of jobs

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with International Import/Export (preferred)
- Good administrative skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
