Role: HR & L&D Coordinator

Location: Southampton area

**Salary**: £28,000 to £32,000

I'm currently working with a growing well organised HR team who are looking for an HR Coordinator to support their Generalist and L&D team. Looking for a team player who is willing to get stuck in to support a busy HR team who likes being organised and keeping HR systems and records accurate and up-to-date. This a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn and is interested in opportunities to develop their HR knowledge and experience with opportunities to progress.

Responsibilties:

- Administer all HR processes: new starters and onboarding, offboarding and leavers, as well as everything in-between such probation and promotion processes
- Processing references; paternity; maternity; training agreements; flexible working; transfers
- Organise and maintain accurate HR records as well preparing relevant HR documents such as offer letters, employee handbook
- Liaise with the HR Adviser when updating employment contracts and policies
- Prep documents needed for HR meetings such as disciplinary, appraisal process
- Take minute for formal meetings when needed
- Monitor incoming HR queries across the business coordinate with managers when due.
- Escalate and correct any data errors in agreement with HR Team
- Create regular reports & presentations and provide HR metrics for Board Reports & when required to the business
- Partner with the Payroll Administrator and provide employee information for each month
- Participate in HR projects when needed to support the HR team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
