Combined Pumps have been in the chemical injection and transfer pump business for more than 20 years. Operating out of our manufacturing facility in the heart of Dyce, Aberdeen, we have been servicing the oil & gas industry worldwide providing chemical injection solutions, pressure test systems, and fluid transfer pumps. Combined Pumps can offer a complete pumping solution depending on requirements and needs of our clients. Combined Pumps offer a unique pumping solution through our range of special designed and manufactured pump systems. Combined Pumps design engineer and manufacture all of their own pump systems on site at our Aberdeen facility. Combined Pumps also holds iso 9001 accreditation illustrating our commitment to quality and certification. In addition to manufacturing our own pump products we also have capacity for elastomer seal engineering and manufacturing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administration support
- Issue quotations to client & review feedback
- Issue relevant documents to workshop staff for day to day projects.
- Procure goods for the company by sending RFQs to approved suppliers, issuing purchase order and logging receipt of goods pursuant.
- To maintain a safe working environment for everyone within the premises.
- To work in line with the company’s QHSE policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Computer literate
- Experience with Sage desirable.
- Experience with InspHire & Emax desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Administration skills.
- Pro-active telephone skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Good team player with a positive attitude who is adaptable and flexible.
Pay: £18,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
