Change Recruitment we are looking to appoint a Logistics Administrator & co-ordinator to join our busy growing client's team.

Location: Sutton, St.Helens (WA9 area)

The main purpose of the role is to work within the Logistics Team, offering administrative support for the movement of goods in/out of site.

**Duties will include**:

- Planning inbound / outbound shipments with 3rd party logistics providers
- Tracking (Inbound / outbound) orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Daily interface with third parties regarding the details of the goods movement
- Coordinate movement of inbound / outbound goods from order placement through to delivery
- Maintaining SAP records and data entry
- Supporting finance department with month end processes and data requirements.
- Preparing shipping documents (e.g. invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)

**Requirements**:
Previous transportation/logistics/haulage experience would be desirable along with good IT skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

The ability to meet deadlines and interact professionally with internal and external colleagues/customers is essential.

Hours of work are 8.00am to 5:30pm and the company offer attractive benefits and the opportunity to join a stable, highly regarded organisation.

Applicant will need the following experience:

- Experience working in a busy office environment in an administrative role
- Experience working in a logistics/transport environment
- Experience using a computer and MS office (Word, Outlook, etc.) proficiently
- Working knowledge of Stock Management system such as SAP.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and suppliers.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour, weekly pay (a week in arrears)
