Covering a period of maternity leave, you will be providing administrative support to the Contracts & Status Team and wider Commercial Services Department.

**Responsibilities**:
- To assist with the collection of information and documentation required from clients.
- Assisting with onboarding new clients.
- To maintain records in relation to work instructions received from clients.
- To maintain the team’s tasking database and allocation of incoming work instructions to team members.
- Assist with the chasing of clients as part of the team’s credit control process.
- To handle post and other correspondence, scanning and filing documents received from clients and ensuring that these are distributed to the appropriate team members.
- To cover telephone lines and online chat.
- To perform other administrative tasks as required by the team.
- To support the consultancy team, insurance claims function, and wider Commercial Services Department by performing administrative tasks as required.

**Key Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft suite
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good telephone manner

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in an administration role
