Our client based on the outskirts of Wrexham area is currently recruiting a Customer Services and Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Office Manager you will provide admin support to the sales team, process orders and samples for dispatch team and sales team follow ups as well as being the first point of call on intercom and telephone.

**Performance Objectives**
- Processing all orders and issuing to the yard for picking in a timely manner.
- Preparing quotations for enquiries as appropriate.
- Ensuring all orders issued out to the yard are correct in terms of Product, Price, Breakdown & Discount.
- Sending out Order Confirmations & Delivery disclaimers for all orders.
- Processing counter sales - Ensuring counter ticket is scanned and attached to order. Paper copy to be filed away.
- Raising Invoices, Allocating payments and Processing to Xero.
- Sending Brochures to prospective customers.
- Ensuring all customer information is up to date and accurate in Odoo.
- Liaising with Transport Planner & Dispatch Supervisor to ensure that the best method of transport is used for delivery.
- Checking Stock levels for orders - Breaking down Packs if needed
- Dropship orders - Creating PO and sending to Supplier.
- Issuing tasks to Purchasing Department to order Stock where needed.
- Issuing manufacture orders to Production Manager.
- Advising Dispatch team of promised Delivery Dates/Next day deliveries.
- Updating website stock levels and prices through Magento.
- Provide cover for Dispatch & Logistics at times of absence and holiday.
- Keeping your work space clean and tidy.
- Any other tasks reasonably required to meet the needs of the business.

**Person Specification**
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Experience in processing Sales Orders or General Office Administration.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- The ability to work under own initiative and be part of a team at the same time.
- Must be PC literate and have experience or willing to learn the following systems: Intercom, Odoo, Magento 2, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to hit targets and deadlines.
