**Job Title:** Customer Service Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our client, a leading Waste and Recycling company, based in Wrexham. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Executives, training and managing Customer Service Assistants and Representatives, and ensuring all required administration tasks are performed in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Effectively manage a team of Customer Service Executives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Train and manage Customer Service Assistants and Representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills to handle customer inquiries.
  • Deal with incoming calls and ensure they are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Cooperate with all departments to ensure effective and accurate communication with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service Management role.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation to use initiative and innovate when required.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • A full-time permanent position with a regular working schedule.
