We are looking for a highly organised and driven individual to join our collaborative finance team. This role will be working closely with the FinanceManager and company Directors on a daily basis.
You'll be working in an exciting and dynamic environment along with over 20 recruitment consultants. Absolute has regular company socials, a generous holiday package, quarterly incentive meals and yearly international trips
Finance Duties:

- Processing purchase invoices onto Xero
- Manage the expense process including processing, approving, and paying
- Raising and sending sales invoices daily and weekly
- Collate temp timesheets, create reports and distribute them to payroll companies
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Oversee billings and forecasting for sales
- Create a credit control report
Office Admin Duties:

- Set up new employees on HR system
- Oversee holiday requests, absences and lateness reports
- Request references for new employees
- Schedule and book company events
- Retrieve quotes for contracts, insurance and office costs
- Other administration for the directors and office teams
Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ideally experience working within an office environment
