We are looking for a management consulting admin to cover the below activity / Tasks

Management consulting administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to management consultants and the consulting team. The specific duties of a management consulting administrator may vary depending on the size of the consulting firm and the specific project they are working on, but typically include:

- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the consulting team
- Preparing and formatting documents and presentations, including financial reports, proposals and project summaries
- Maintaining and updating client databases and records
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and other parties as necessary to coordinate project activities
- Providing general office management and support, such as ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining office equipment, and managing office correspondence
- Providing general support to Director and managing Director calendar and planning activity on a daily, weekly and monthly and yearly basis
- Provide project management support, such as creating and maintaining project timelines, tracking project progress, and updating project documentation

In addition to these specific duties, a management consulting administrator must also possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Good communication and time-management skills are also important, as is proficiency in relevant software and computer programs.

Should have a a good master or business degree or Consulting Service support expereince of 2-3 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £1,500.00-£2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- WELWYN GARDEN CITY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
