Are you an experienced 360 recruiter in the Accountancy & Finance field? Absolute Recruit is an established boutique recruiter specialising in Finance Transformation & IT and we are looking to build our team.


We have a warm desk covering the Hertfordshire & Home Counties areas. We have a multitude of SMEs who rely on us to deliver quality staff to their businesses along with several blue-chip clients. The role will involve working closely in / with the Home Counties Team to deliver a high-quality and efficient service, typical roles that you will be recruiting for are;


  • Finance Manager
  • Finance Business Partner
  • Finance Analyst
  • Financial / Group Accountant
  • Management Accountant
  • Systems Accountant
  • Financial Analyst
  • Finance Business Partner
  • Treasury Accountant/Analyst
  • Assistant Accountant/Bookkeeper
  • Transactional Finance (AP/AR/CC)


Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with clients to provide advice on the best route to market, salary & benefit benchmarking.
  • Candidate generation – Proactively sourcing relevant, high-calibre candidates, this will involve utilising multiple methods and channels including headhunting, re-generation, marketing, social media, networking etc
  • Writing adverts to display on our website, LinkedIn and other job boards in order to attract talent and screening applications.
  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face screening interviews to qualify candidates
  • Checking all necessary compliance documentation and updating on our database
  • Maintain candidate engagement via regular contact to monitor progress
  • Support with administrative duties (i.e. branding CV’s, uploading candidates to the system etc.)

  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, targeted environment
  • Strong IT and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Ability to think on your feet and learn from your mistakes (we all make them)
