**Recruitment Consultant**:February 2023

**Recruitment Consultant**:£24,000 - £40,000 including commission

**Recruitment Consultant**:8 week training + full time mentor programme

Sick of normal recruitment companies & their 60 hour work weeks & three piece suits, my client are as far away from this as possible Specialised in property & building recruitment, they are the market leading recruitment consultants in this field, and havea reputation for being honest, upfront & excellent at what they do. The team is made up of Recruitment Consultants from every walk of life - ex athletes, sales people, graduates and everything else in between. They are a close knit team, some of whom are billing£700,000 a year and earning in excesss of £200,000 a year. Not bad right?

- Managing jobs and applicants

- 1 year + recruitment experience
- Determined
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Career-driven
- Self-motivated (this is SUPER important)
