Part-Time Administrator (Maternity Cover) - Truro with FREE off road parking if required. Within walking distance from Train and Bus station.

Position available from WC 19th Feb

Salary (FTE) £23,500 - £24,500 per annum.

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and organised Administrator to join a dedicated team on a maternity cover basis, working up to 32 hours per week. Enjoy flexibility with working hours, for example 9.30am - 2.30pm or 10am - 3pm, just need to make sure you're available in the office Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and update holiday requests, maintaining accurate calendars and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate for site cover in response to staff holidays.
- Maintain an up-to-date training matrix, ensuring staff qualifications align with job requirements.
- Generate purchase orders, manage supplier interactions, and maintain a comprehensive log. - Monitor and replenish office stationery as needed.
- Log safety reports, ensuring compliance across all sites.
- Facilitate the signing of agreements, chase responses, and maintain accurate records.
