Job Summary

This position involves providing efficient administrative support to the Clinical Imaging department, ensuring seamless communication with patients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assign appointments for various Clinical Imaging modalities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for patient cancellations and telephone enquiries.
  • Perform reception and general administration duties, including identity checks and professional registration verifications.
Person Specification

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two GCSEs or equivalent level of education, including English Language and Mathematics. Previous administration experience, particularly in the NHS Radiology department, is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary Range: £25,000 - £32,000 per annumRequirements
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Information Technology for data entry.
  • Experience using PACS or CRIS IT systems.
