Smith and Reed is seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrator/Receptionist to join our team on a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work every Thursday and Friday with the possibility of additional days as part of a job share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To act as the first point of contact for the school, welcoming visitors in a professional and hospitable manner.
  • To provide key administrative support to meet the needs of the school, including monitoring use of electronic signing in system for staff and visitors, prioritizing safeguarding.
  • To assist in the organization and arrangements for meetings, circulating agendas and minutes, organizing venues/refreshments as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
