Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our client's Executive Board Director. This role will involve managing multiple diaries, arranging meetings, and maintaining administrative office systems.

About the Role

This is a 3-6 month contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be required to work 37 hours per week, with flexibility on start or finish times. Two to three days will be spent on-site in Bodmin, with the remaining days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple diaries across health and social care organisations, arranging meetings as required.
  • Maintain effective administrative office systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Organise meetings and take comprehensive, accurate minutes.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Board Director.

Requirements

  • Previous NHS experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working at a similar level in an administrative role, ideally as a PA or Senior Business Support role.
  • Proven high-level experience of using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions on behalf of the manager where appropriate.

Salary Information

The hourly rate for this position is £15.50, with a total estimated salary of approximately £28,796 per annum based on a 37-hour workweek.
