**What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role**:

- Being the first point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office.
- Maintaining stationery and general supplies orders.
- Booking appointments and distributing staff status and movements to the team.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Good organisation skills and passion for customer service.
- Good MS Office skills (word, outlook in particular).
- Good team-player who is prepared to help colleagues where needed.
