Jose and Blackler Ltd is a Plumbing, Heating & Renewables business in Truro.
We are looking for an Office admininstrator to work Monday to Friday in a varied role at our office in Threemilestone, this is a full time permanent position.
You will be required to:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to enquiries
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with general office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
**Salary**: £22,479.00-£23,414.00 per year
