Working as part of a team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will share responsibility for the smooth running of the customer services department.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic rapport with customers while effectively managing and meeting their needs.
- Accurately and efficiently document all customer interactions, ensuring a comprehensive database of customer information.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and team members to follow customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and adaptability in handling customer queries or concerns promptly and satisfactory.
- Continuously acquire knowledge and update yourself with the latest product/service information to provide accurate and up-to-date support to customers.
- Stay current with industry trends and customer feedback, providing useful insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist and perform general administrative duties (where required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
