Accounts Administrator

Gwella Contracting Services Ltd is seeking to recruit a full time Accounts Administrator within their Truro office to help support the Finance Team.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Raising sales invoices
- Dealing with customer & supplier queries
- Credit checking clients
- Credit control
- Allocating remittances
- Logging supplier invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Answering the telephone and relaying messages accurately
- Ad-hoc administrator duties
**Skills & Experience**:
- Accounting knowledge
- Experience with Xero & SimPRO desirable but not essential
- Computer literate
- Ability to pick up new software skills (training will be given)
- Quick leaner, enthusiastic, dedicated & hardworking
- Able to work on own initative and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Eye for detail
This is a permanent role working 40 hours, 5 days per week Monday - Friday.
