Job Title: Part-time Accounting Support

Company Overview: We are a fast-paced hospitality attraction seeking a part-time Accounts Administrator to assist with financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.

Job Description: The successful candidate will have 6-12 months of recent finance or data processing experience, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for the finance team
  • Assisting with daily accounting tasks using Sage based systems
  • Managing accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with monthly payroll procedures
  • Assisting with month-end procedures and ongoing accounting projects
  • Acting as a point of contact for staff, supplier and customer queries
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with ongoing digital system and process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 6-12 months of recent finance or data processing experience; strong analytical skills; excellent communication and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
