Office Administrator/customer Service

Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organising documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring they are well-stocked
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including making arrangements for catering and equipment
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using Xero or similar software
- Support other administrative staff as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong clerical and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is a plus
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,414.00 per year
