**Description of Team / Department**:
Training Team - reporting into Emma Clarke

**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**:
The Customer Excellence Trainers are the knowledge experts of the QUOTIFIC journey. The role will look to create a seamless QUOTIFIC experience that will continually improve the customer journey.

Liaising with the Internal and External teams across all business lines, the Customer Excellence Trainers are best practice specialists covering sales, orders, distribution, focussing on creation and implementations of a continuous improvement strategy to upskill, ensure process efficiency, improvement and compliance in all areas.

**Skills / Experience**:
Minimum of a Grade C at GCSE in Maths and English
Excellent knowledge of SAP, Syncrotess systems
Good communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels
Previous experience in delivering process improvements is desirable
Will also ideally have experience of working within a large company environment and achieving targets
