**Job Summary**:
The inside sales rep (ISR) will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Working along side the European Sales and Service team (as well as US team) the ISR would be responsible for supporting the European team with processing and managing the inbound sales leads and internal processes relating to orders and sales data.

**Key roles and responsibilities**:

- Qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales or customer services member for further development or escaltion where needed.
- Obtain market information from customers to help consolidate market needs and drivers which contribute to the sales strategy and product development priorities.
- Support customers with quotations and lead times for current products as required.
- Load and acknowledge new customer orders as required
- Help manage and maintain various managment reports which contribute to ongoing monitoring of sales performance and customer engagment.
- Help identify new customers by catagory and potential business opportunities.

**Core Requirements**:

- Proven inside sales experience (2-3 yrs) in B2B (business to business)
- Background in Industrial or Engineering industry.
- Background in force mechanics, engineering or manufacturing would also be highly advantageous
- Proficient with IT systems (CRM, MS office, sharepoint, teams)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- SME (sales management excelence) or simialar formal sales quality process training would be advangeous.
- Must be able to speak english fluently, other languages (E.g German) would be advantaegous.

**The position is flexible in terms of hours and location - 5 days a week is required but reduced hours is an option. (full or semi part-time).**
