Inside Sales Associate

Morpheus Data is a fast-growing but established start-up focused on the unified management of hybrid clouds, containers, and infrastructure automation. Our customers can quickly enable on-premises private clouds, centralize public cloud access, and orchestrate change with cost analytics, governance policy, and automation.
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to develop and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities by working closely with our marketing team and sales team, targeting prospects through analytics, customer research, and event correlation, and connections to channel. Through strategic outreach and effective communication, you will engage with key decision-makers, educate them about Morpheus Data’s solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for Sales Directors. Sales Associates play a key role in deepening interest and engagement within a specific territory while ensuring movement and visibility through the sales cycle, from opportunity to close.
**Primary job responsibilities**
- Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects in order to gather information to better understand their particular business and technical needs;
- Owner and actioner of lead-based tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information for warm prospects;
- Support the sales operations process from updating Sales Force, creating and sending quotes, and taking contracts through the legal process of contract creation and review, etc;
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to enhance knowledge of the target market;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand target accounts, coordinate outreach efforts and strategize on the best approach for conversion;
- Work with the Account Management Team to assist in upselling and management of existing customers
- Liaise with Sales Directors to develop customer-targeted messaging to successfully bring prospects to the next step in the sales process;
- Help manage larger field events, lead follow up, and assist with prospect tracking activities;
- Maintaining appropriate engagement and communication with prospects via bi-weekly newsletters, access to webinars, industry targeted messaging, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience;
- Successful background in inside-sales or outbound lead generation a plus (1-2 years);
- Able to nurture, manage and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities to the next phase of the sales cycle;
- Proven follow-up, time management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Proficiency in developing outbound campaign materials, analyzing data, and reporting;
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills - good listening and strong presentation skills;
- Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) a plus.
Pay: £32,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
