We are Green Fox Cleaning, a well established commercial cleaning company operating across the South Coast.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our operational team, based at our Brighton & Hove office which is located on Hova Villas in Hove.

The **core working hours will be 10:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday**, which will include a 30 minute break.

**There will be a requirement to hold the on-call mobile phone one weekend in three**, which has been factored into the salary. This is to answer any urgent out of hours calls and monitor staff attendance - this can be done from anywhere and does not require you to be sat at a computer.

This role doesn't simply fit the title of administrator, scheduler or anything else. It is a dynamic role and you will need to have a great eye for detail, the ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a busy environment.

**Key roles and daily duties will include the following**:

- Scheduling staff for shifts both in advance, and at short notice to cover last minute sickness and other absences using our bespoke CRM system.
- Onboarding new employees and inputting data accurately.
- Ordering stock and arranging deliveries to sites.
- Providing support for the Operations Manager and Contract Manager as needed.

**Skills required for this role**:

- Self motivated and confident decision maker.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role is preferred.

We expect a high level of interest for this role. The selection process will include a face to face interview at our Hove office, and a basic computer skills test.

**Salary**: £23,660.00-£24,505.00 per year
