The Requirements:

Advanced Excel skills, with experience in creating and correcting formulas. You will work with reports from Surveyors and handle data processing tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word for producing and formatting documents.
Familiarity with SharePoint for maintaining and updating the cloud-based Business Management System.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments.
Experience with Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint is preferred but not essential.

The Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and various departments within the company.
Produce reports and spreadsheets in Excel, using and creating formulas as required.
Format and produce documents in Microsoft Word, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage and update the company's Business Management System (SharePoint).
Share administrative duties such as taking meeting minutes, handling telephone enquiries, and monitoring the company's mailbox.
Support the team by attending virtual meetings, welcoming visitors, managing post, and scanning documents.
