**About Us**: Recruiting on behalf of a dynamic property company in the heart of Brighton and Hove
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage diary’s, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and financial data as needed
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and events
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
