Administration Assistant

Premier Work Support are pleased to advertise a rewarding opportunity working for one of our prestigious clients based in Hove, who urgently require an **Administration Assistant**on a temporary basis.
This is an immediate start for a minimum of 3 months.
As part of this role attention to detail is key as you will be expected to oversee and assist with data entry as well as general administrative tasks such as inputting data onto spreadsheets.
Hours will be 30-37 hours per week (4 or 5 days). Hybrid role of home working and 1-2 days in the office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Working with the HR administration and operations team lead on day to day HR queries
- Help with the end of month payroll administration
- Supports with contract changes & general People admin
- Reviews process changes and assists with supporting the people team rebranding
We are looking for a strong administrator with experience working in a busy a role, who is a self-starter and able to prioritise to meet deadlines. Able to work on own initiative, process driven, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems - trainingwill be given on the internal HR Systems.
