COMO Metropolitan London is a 144 bedroom property with 19 private residences situated in the Heart of Mayfair.

COMO The Halkin is a 41 bedroom hotel conceived as a cocooning ‘Home from Home’ on a quiet street in London Belgravia. The classic proportions, arched windows and Georgian brick exteriors matched with elegant interiors create a feel of a private home

**What you will do**:

- Become an integral part of the hotels People & Culture team.
- Providing People & Culture support & services across 3 properties (COMO Metropolitan London, COMO The Halkin & Nobu London)
- Actively assist the Senior People & Culture officer with a wide range of engagement & social activities.
- Support line managers with employee relations matter such as investigations, disciplinaries & grievances.
- Maintain People & Culture databases & employee records, ensuring accuracy & confidentiality.
- Support the Learning & Development manager in a wide range of activities from Training to the development of programmes
- Assist Line managers with critical recruitment
- Conduct on-boarding administration as required

**Who you are**:

- Previous experience in a HR role, ideally within Hospitality
- Demonstrates flexibility due to the fast paced nature if the role
- Shares our values of Passion, Creativity & Style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt when necessary
- Proactive approach with a self-driven attitude
- Ability to remain professional & handle confidential information sensitively
- Willingness to grow within Human Resources
