The People & Culture department at Red Carnation Hotel Collection are recruiting for a highly motivated and enthusiastic **People & Culture Officer** to join their Head Office team. The office is close to Hyde Park corner and this position will provide support to our hotels in the UK.

Ideally you will be working currently as a HR Administrator or a HR Co-ordinator and are looking for the next step. This position will give you the opportunity to grow and develop your career in a supportive environment. This is a full-time position Monday - Friday.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Support the HODs in conducting investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings
- Complete monthly tasks, running reports, oversee long service awards and our referral scheme
- Liaise with line managers to manage probation processes, provide support where needed
- Maintain employee records, ensure all files are up to date and according to policy and legal requirements
- Assisting with the organisation and planning of our employees' social events
- Deliver training at our induction days
- Supporting the wider People & Culture team
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous HR experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be discrete when working with confidential information
- Be a strong team player
