**How you can help make a better world of work**
You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you’re what we call a people geek. We are looking for a Senior People Advisor to work from our London Office location and support our EMEA region on the delivery of our global people practices with a culture first approach.
- You will_
- Be the first point of contact for all EMEA Campers and local leaders to support them on any people related needs from coaching, performance management, employee relations, offboarding, and local compliance
- Understand the EMEA business strategy and talent needs to help shape the global people team plan and priorities through the collation of global business trends, needs and anticipated future requirements
- Partner with GM of EMEA to support and deliver regional focus areas from our quarterly engagement survey
- With support from global People Operations help Campers with any leave requests or immigration or mobility needs
- Engage and collaborate with People Business Partners on needs within their global groups and support on the rollout of global people initiatives such as performance, compensation review cycles, engagement, and development
- Partner with Talent Acquistion to align on compensation for all new offers, D&I strategy achievement

- You have_
- At least 3 years of HR experience within a high-growth startup or business unit, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of local performance, employee relations, compliance, and compensation best practices
- Ability to build solid trust based relationships quickly with Campers and leadership team and our internal People & Experience team.
- Ability to influence at all levels in the organization and flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Competence in making timely, effective, principles-based decisions
- Experience supporting rapidly scaling go to market teams
- Must be experienced and knowledgeable in EMEA employment practices, DACH experience also preferred
