We are seeking an experienced People Advisor who can provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a talent for building strong relationships at all levels, and a solid background in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policy implementation. As a People Advisor, you will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, ensuring compliance with best practice while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Joining our People Team, as our People Advisor you will;


  • Take responsibility for supporting and implementing the People Plan.
  • Drive various people projects aligned with the People Plan.
  • Empower and guide line managers in handling a full range of people-related queries and processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for managers on HR-related matters.
  • Support organizational design and development initiatives.
  • Assist with executing talent management programs, such as retention planning, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR best practices and organisational policies.

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, with advisory experience and handling a variety of people processes/issues.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law (knowledge of international employment law is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to interact effectively and respectfully with others.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills based on relevant information.
  • A curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to explore situations and provide options and assess risks.
  • Resilience and composure under pressure, maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
  • A strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to use your initiative.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
