We're seeking an individual who effortlessly generates ideas and solutions, someone whose natural inclination is to brainstorm innovative approaches when faced with challenges. - Responsibilities_:

- Partner with managers to develop, retain, and manage their teams, providing guidance and support on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from their first day.
- Work on various people-related projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organizational development projects.
- Produce regular reports and analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics and trends, guiding data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to optimize HR operations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- What we're looking for:_
- **Proven experience in a technology-based start-up or scale-up environment**, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
- A passion for driving positive change and making a real impact on company culture and success.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to think strategically and drive initiatives forward.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Personio) and other HR tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed.
- CIPD5 or equivalent experience.
