**People & Culture Officer**

**We are seeking for**

**Your Profile**
- Previous HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity, within the UK.
- Sound knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Preferably, experience within the hospitality industry.
- Possession of a CIPD accreditation or pursuit of a CIPD qualification is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with adaptability as needed.
- Proactive with a self-driven attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and sensitivity.
- A motivated individual demonstrating enthusiasm for showcasing the value HR adds to a company.
- Capable of performing across all levels and willing to exert extra effort to accomplish tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and foster strong, trusting relationships.

**Your Duties**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with all necessary documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally, conducting investigations, providing advice, and implementing solutions as required.
- Oversee employee benefits programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Support performance management activities, including objective setting, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures as necessary.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and employee engagement.
