About Us:
Concorde is a leading provider of Photocopiers, Telecoms and Office Solutions with our Head Office near Exeter Airport. With a track record of success and growth, we are now expanding our sales team and looking for a Telesales Representative to join our talented group of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, to present our products/services, and to book a meeting.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active communication and follow-up.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to maximize uncapped commission potential.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Continuously update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong verbal communication skills and an engaging phone presence, driving license due to location.

Target-driven with a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
