About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to existing or potential new customers to inform them of our products and services
  • Answering questions about our products and offers in a helpful and informative manner
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring all their details are captured correctly
  • Ensuring customers are matched with the best package that aligns with their needs
  • Working closely with the wider sales team to develop new customer pipelines
  • Providing seamless and world-class customer care
  • Staying up to date with our product offers to maintain excellent knowledge to assist customers

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and solutions-oriented approach to work
  • Team player who can context-switch to maximize customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas and information simply and effectively
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback to encourage personal development and growth

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous outbound sales experience
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service, sales, or telesales role
  • Familiarity with working with Customer Management Systems and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
