**Responsibilities**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Administrator to join our existing team at our office in North Wales.

We are looking for a highly diligent individual capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced pressured environment. A critical thinking and inquisitive mindset to proactively problem solve is key to succeed in this role.

Reporting to the People Manager, you will support the entire People team across a broad range of disciplines and end to end employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining a smooth workflow ensuring the department runs seamlessly and efficiently.

You will need to be reliable, flexible, and comfortable working under pressure. This role is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of new skills.

**Role**:

- Onboarding process - sending offer letters, employment contracts, welcome packs, induction invitations, right to work and security vetting
- Capturing employee data and maintaining employee records and HR system
- Preparing monthly payroll data, new starters/leavers/amendments
- Managing probationary process
- Maintaining employee benefit system portals
- Processing leaver letters
- Holiday and sickness absence tracking
- Organising training activities
- Answering general HR queries, monitoring inbox
- General HR administration

Qualifications:

- Keen attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and use own initiative
- Computer literate with excellent excel knowledge and ability to use multiple digital portals/systems
- Previous admin experience, exercising confidentiality at all times
- Must be adaptable, conscientious and enthusiastic with desire to learn
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Good punctuality and attendance
- Pride in own work
