If you have fund administrator experience and are seeking a new job in Saint Helier, Apex wants to hear from you. We are looking for a full-time Fund Administrator to join our team, and the hybrid role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As a Fund Administrator, you will understand and interpret the Fund's documentation and the relevant legal framework, regulations, and anti-money laundering regulations. You'll follow company procedures at all times and assist in ensuring all outgoing correspondence, calculations, and presentation of work is of the highest standard.

During your first few weeks in this Fund Administrator role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

- Understand and interpret the Fund's documentation and the relevant legal framework, regulations and anti-money laundering regulations
- Follow Company procedures at all times
- Assist with the day-to-day work and training of Administrators
- Ensure work is undertaken in accordance with the company's procedures and checklists and meets deadlines
- Liaise confidently and knowledgeably with clients
- Prepare briefing papers, ensuring the smooth running of the section's board meetings, AGMs, etc
- A flexible approach to work and good time management skills
- Excellent IT skills
- General knowledge of banking systems
- A willingness to study for an ICSA Diploma in Fund Administration or any other Table 4 qualification.
