We are seeking an enthusiastic **Human Resources Coordinator** to join our Human Resources team at **W London**.

Your role is to provide a comprehensive, confidential Human Resource support to all talent at **W London**, building strong relationships with both talent and managers to support the achievement of our vision and goals.

You will assist and work with the Human Resources Manager to operate an effective and efficient Hotel to ensure compliance with Marriott’s policies and current legislation.

**Main Responsibilities will include**:

- To provide logístical and administrative support including arranging meetings, managing diaries, minute taking, arranging venues and equipment as required by the HR team.
- To work collaboratively with the payroll function to ensure that all information is accurate and all payroll deadlines are met.
- To maintain the highest standards of organisation within our employees files. To carry out all departmental filing on a structured basis.
- Produce a monthly HR newsletter and update talent social media page
- Assist Hotel Manager to deliver any community and well being events as allocated
- To prepare and distribute contracts of employment and transfer/ promotion letters/ contracts
- To support and organise staff social activities and awards.
- Obtaining references and right to work documentation for all new starters.
- Setting all new starters up on the HR system’s.
- Requesting all IT requests for systems access
- Work with Managers on recruitment postings, interviewing, career fairs, interview guides
- Assist Hotel Manager with a number of administrative tasks including note taking, audit controls, data entry accuracy

**Entry requirements**:

- Previous HR or Finance administration experience (essential)
- Strong Communication Skills - verbal and written
- Strong administrative background with attention to detail
- PC Literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel packages
- Strong Customer Service focus
- Strong sense of ownership
- High level of accuracy with ability to manage a number of projects concurrently
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Discretion and Diplomacy

**Financial Stability**
- Competitive salary package £29,000 or £14.00 p/h (40 hours / 5 days)
