**Human Resources Coordinator**:

The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our talented HR team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.

In the role of Human Resources Coordinator, your key focus will be to:

- provide an initial point and warm welcome to all colleagues
- produce a daily HR newsletter
- assist the HR Executive to deliver any community and wellbeing events as allocated
- with the help of the HR Executive, implement, drive and promote ‘celebrate success’ initiatives and recognition events across the business
- prepare any letters and references colleagues may require
- prepare and submit monthly payroll pack and keep all the information on Fourth system up to date
- ensure that all filing is dealt with efficiently and that filing cabinets are maintained and audited periodically
- maintain and update digital and traditional notice boards
- prepare orientation packs for all new colleagues
- assist the Learning & Quality Manager with monthly sustainability and quality reporting

Do you have?
- previous experience of working in an administrative role (essential)
- prior experience of working in hospitality (preferable)
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- great attention to detail
- strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and HR/Payroll systems such as Fourth Hospitality
- a warm, welcoming and friendly approach
- discretion and diplomacy
