Transform Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced full time Governance Administrator (40 hours) based at the Pines Hospital which is located in South Manchester.

Reporting to the Head of Governance, this is an opportunity to join a small governance team, providing administrative input to ensure that the robust governance processes are maintained at all times.

Ideally from a Governance background, some administrative healthcare experience is preferable but what is essential is an eye for detail, well developed organisational and recording skills and a willingness to learn and be flexible in carrying out the role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Minute taking at committee meetings (very occasional evening meeting)
- Assist in preparation of committee papers and circulation
- Assist in update of details and reporting of RADAR healthcare compliance system
- Obtaining DBS 1st check and enhanced certificates for Practising Privileges applicants
- Chasing updates from surgeons/anaesthetists and update of system
- Policy - updates, ‘top and tail’ / layouts of new policies and circulation where appropriate
- Assist with file management and organisation.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a healthcare compliance role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of IT literacy essential should be proficient in using computer software particularly Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working with RADAR healthcare is a bonus.

The Hospital is located in a rural area and as such car owner/driver or reliable lift arrangements is preferable due to lack of public transport.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
