- Coordinate maintenance schedules and direct reactive works

- Assist in data collection for new assets on-site.
- Manage access requests and maintain accurate records.
- Support the team with admin tasks and operational requests.
- Scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software system
- Liaising with clients / tenants
- Data input and processing
- General office duties
- Answering and dealing with incoming calls politely and professionally.
- Gathering feedback from clients / tenants and keeping KPI records
- H&S administration and support such as: reviewing risk assessments, safe working procedures, COSHH, company vehicle management, safety induction training, first aid kit inventories, routine H&S inspections, checks and tests.
- Management system support and assisting in addressing internal audit findings and preparing for internal and external audits through document reviews, document maintenance and improvement/updates etc.
- General business administration, purchasing and support such as: material supplies, PPE, office stationery and stock level management.
- Answering and dealing with incoming calls politely and professionally.

**Salary**: £17,916.95-£27,367.35 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Coventry (required)
