Overview

The main function of the role is to support general administration within the office, working alongside a small team, but with emphasis on accounts administration, and data entry.

Some awareness of invoice processing is required, especially numerical data entry, onto both an in house software system and a banking system. You will be supporting the Accounts Manager with day to day supplier payments, inputting standing orders & contractor invoices for payment.

As the role progresses you will be responsible for Insurance claims, which will include opening a case, on behalf of clients, and seeing it through to completion. We will provide training in this area, so no experience is required. However an understanding of Insurance claims would be beneficial.

The job is varied & interesting and will suit someone who can multi-task with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. You will be familiar working in a small team environment, where cover and support is important.

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be involved in general administration duties and any other administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Accounts data input/Invoice processing using MUS/PMX software.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suit (Word Excel & Outlook) and computer skills in general.

Taking repairs details accurately, and processing accordingly to assist the Property Manager in resolving reported repairs.

Insurance case progression

Filing / Scanning & archiving as required.

Any other duties as assigned by your line manager.

**Key skills required.**

Strong communicator with good people skills

Excellent organisation skills, reliability and punctuality are paramount.

Ability to see tasks through to completion with accuracy.

Outstanding customer care/service experience

Experience working within the property environment would be a bonus, but is not necessary, as full training will be given in these areas. Accounts data entry experience is preferred. We are NOT seeking individuals with accounts qualifications.

This is an office based full time permanent role - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. Remote working is not a consideration, due to the nature of this front facing role.

Salary 20-22k depending on experience.
