The main duties of the Accounts & HR Administrator will be to assist the heads of departments in the following areas but not limited to:
HR/Administration
- Weekly hours report and chasing missing clock in times
- Sending payslips to employees
- Holiday Forms-Scanning and logging on system
- Typing up employee letters from templates
- Logging sickness on tracker & helping monitor Bradford factor scores
- Assisting with sending weekly agency hours
- Monitoring suggestion box and raising to management
- Taking meeting notes, scanning, and logging accordingly
- Employee well being survey
- Typing up employee contracts from templates for review from management
- General administration
- Assisting with request from senior management
- Adhoc projects
- Employee party planning, creating posters etc
Accounts
- Input supplier invoices on sage
- Learn customer invoicing to assist and cover during annual leave.
- Assist chasing customer payments
- Inputting customer remittances
- Filing invoicing
- Assist the finance team with costing analysis
- Research new suppliers to lower costs across business
- Adhoc requests from senior management
We are looking for the following qualities and experience to be successful in this role:
- Proven experience in an accounts role or similar setting
- Experience using sage or equivalent would be desirable but not essential
- Due to the confidential nature of the role, a strong understanding of respect and confidentially it required
- Strong organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
