Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager - £30-35k basic, £10k+ uncapped commision
Due to expansion our client, a market leading property web portal, is looking to appoint a Business Development Manger to sell a range of digital advertising solutions to the house building sector and associated markets.
Based from the office near Chester with regular field visits, this role will be tasked with developing new business across the north west region.
To be considered for this position you will have a proven track record of B2B sales achievement of in either the property or digital advertsing sector.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify & research potential clients
- Develop & maintain long lasting client relationships
- Sell Programmatic and data solutions to housebuilder clients and their respective media agencies
- Increase revenue and business growth across your Region
- Exceed Sales targets
- Account manage existing clients and ascertain opportunities to gain additional revenue
- Make presentations to housebuilders who have either lapsed or are not currently using the clients platforms
Experience and Requirements
- Strong relationship building skills are key to enable you to nurture and develop long term relationships across the house building industry
- An ambitious and tenacious self-starter who can drive revenues
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be adept at making face to face and telephone presentations to C level decision makers
- Strong organisational and time management skills
